ALL ORDERS ARE LOCKED IN. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LOCKED IN ORDER YOU ARE WAVE 2.
We have close to 50 backers who have not completed their surveys yet, you need to get on that.
BACKERKIT will be sending you emails about it so look for those.
For everyone else, thank you so much for an amazing KICKSTARTER! We have entered full shipping mode and are already getting boxes out the door. We blew away our pledge manager goals and have some awesome things planned for next year.
Look for an official KILLWAGER event at the LAS VEGAS OPEN in January and representation at other major events next year!

We have already fulfilled over 15% of the KICKSTARTER BACKERS pledges and are moving forward at break neck pace. FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY ASAP OR YOU RISK NOT GETTING YOUR PLEDGE.
We are locking them in by tomorrow (Friday night/10.29) and will be charging cards NEXT WEEK.
If your survey is not in you will be pushed to the back of the fulfillment line and made to wait until wave 2 2021.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR SURVEY YET JOIN THE DISCORD AND SAY SO. I cannot filter messages on here or check this one every day.

All surveys have been sent using BACKERKIT. Make sure to watch the video and understand how it works.
You will have until 10/29 to fill out and send those surveys back. If you do not you are not guaranteed our shipping dates and will be put on the back burner.
If you fail to answer the survey by 11/29 you're out of luck completely.

Q1: I have locked in Squads from before the Pledge Manager, but I don't see an option to select them, where do I do this?
Answer: You are prompted to select the Squad you want after the "Add-Ons" page called the "Add-On - Questions" page. It is right after the Add-On page and before you're prompted to put in Shipping information. - -
Q2: I'm being charged shipping, but I have free shipping on my pledge, what gives?
Answer: This is just something that has to happen with BackerKit and the Pledge Manager. Do not panic!! You will be refunded BEFORE YOUR CARD IS CHARGED. This goes for Digital Pledges as well. All pledges that do pay shipping will be refunded a portion back to reflect accurate post pledge manager shipping costs. - -
Q3: I am an "All In" backer, but it doesn't show any of the STL files, only the Ranger team. Will I still get them?
Answer: Yes, they are accounted for, even if they do not show on the list. They will be released soon after with the other S1 content!
